Mercury takes 88 Earth Days to rotate around the Sun. It takes just over 58 days to complete a full rotation on its Axis. The coldest recorded place in the Solar System so far are at the bottom of craters on the Moon.
Facts about Space are changing constantly, but regardless they’re all cool!
Saturn has more moons than that (at last count), Venus and Uranus both have retrograde rotations, and Mercury’s year lasts way longer than 1 1/2 days, presuming it’s earth days (I think it rotates slower than it orbits or some shit like that though, so it’s not even 1 1/2 Mercury days). Also, how exactly do you define the size of the Solar System? That doesn’t even really make sense. It doesn’t have a top and bottom and the distance from the Earth to the Sun is far greater than the Sun’s diameter, let alone the distance from the Sun to Pluto or distant, orbiting comets.
Also, how come if you sketch something out like a kid draws and throw some “facts” beside it, Tumblr always goes off?
